I firmly believe that the most important relationship you can have in your lifetime is the relationship you have with yourself.
I grew up as a devoted athlete, so collaboration and leadership feel natural. Practice taught discipline. Teamwork taught humility. Game days taught flow. Nothing felt like an impossible hurdle, because I learned to prepare with intention, then meet each moment with curiosity. I also learned that the scariest part of something new is the belief that it has no reference. That belief is rarely true.
